After a quick look in 2 Samuel, it’s time to get back to 1 Chronicles, starting with Chapter 13.
“When they came to the threshing floor of Kidon, Uzzah reached out his hand to steady the ark, because the oxen stumbled. The Lord’s anger burned against Uzzah, and he struck him down because he had put his hand on the ark. So he died there before God.” – 1 Chronicles 13:9
This is a repeat of the story in 2 Samuel 6. Further evidence you should never touch God’s shit! 😊
And that’s about it. Let me end by posing this question. Is a god who kills someone who tried to save said god’s ark from being damaged worthy of one’s worship? Hell no!
