Psalm – Chapter 95: Untitled

Who’s ready to praise God and share his love to others?  Raise those hands high!!!  Higher!!!  Raise those hands all the way up to the Lord!!!  Sorry, just getting in the right mood to read another chapter in the book of Psalms. 😊 Let’s take a look at Psalm 95 today.

“In his hand are the depths of the earth, and the mountain peaks belong to him. The sea is his, for he made it, and his hands formed the dry land.” – Psalm 95:4-5

Evidence please?  I have evidence for how water came to be on Earth and how mountains are formed.  But I have no evidence God did these things.

“Do not harden your hearts as you did at Meribah, as you did that day at Massah in the wilderness, where your ancestors tested me; they tried me, though they had seen what I did.” – Psalm 95:8-9

Wait, don’t harden your hearts?  Seriously?  NONE of this happens if God doesn’t harden the hearts of the Egyptians.  Maybe you should turn to God and tell him to stop hardening hearts.

David’s anger at the people hardening their hearts is misdirected.  God started all this by hardening hearts.  David needs to re-direct his anger at God.
