Psalm – Chapter 10: Of David. A psalm.

By chapter numbers I’m about 75% of the way through the book of Psalms.  We should be done with this book sometime this year.  Light at the end of the tunnel!  😊

“The Lord has sworn and will not change his mind:” – Psalm 110:4

I’d be wary of any promises from God.  Remember, this is the asshole god who supposedly created humans and then killed all but seven in a worldwide flood.  So you tell me if you think he’s going to hold to his promise this time.

“He will drink from a brook along the way, and so he will lift his head high.” – Psalm 110:7

Killing and raping is hard work, so let’s forgive God this moment of weakness when he takes a drink from a babbling brook.  😊

That’s it for this short chapter in Psalms.

Coming Soon:  1 Chronicles – Chapter 23:  The Levites
