Many people have stated something similar to this. The point is we have no guarantees in life. Tomorrow could be our last day and there is no evidence of an after-life. Therefore, what we do here in this life, possibly the only life as evidence suggests, is of the utmost importance. Don’t waste this life. Make the most of it!
